当地时间14日，英国利物浦一家医院外发生汽车爆炸事件，反恐警察已经逮捕了3人。
据警方称，被逮捕的这3名男子年龄分别为29岁、26岁和21岁，因与爆炸案有关联，根据《反恐怖主义法案》的相关条例而被捕。
